You can find your desired ticket on the Ati homepage by selecting the departure and destination, travel date, and more, then purchase it using a bank card and online payment password. Additionally, by choosing domestic or international flights from the top menu, you can access the ticket purchase options.
For international flight tickets, you need passport information such as your full name in Latin letters, passport number, passport expiration date, and date of birth in the Gregorian calendar. For domestic flight or train tickets, identification information according to your national ID card is required, including full name, national ID number, and date of birth. In rare cases, you may also need to upload a copy of your identification document.
The baggage allowance for Economy class is 20 kg, and for Business class, it is 30 kg. For international flights, the standard allowance is usually 30 kg, which can increase up to 40 kg depending on the class and type of flight. Economy flights are generally sold without extra baggage by default. Be sure to check the exact allowance and conditions before finalizing your purchase, either by reviewing the details carefully or contacting customer support. Ticket refunds are handled by the seller/provider. If you purchased the ticket in person or by phone from an office or agency, you need to visit or call the same office or agency. If you bought the ticket online, submit a refund request through the website or app where you purchased the ticket, either via your user account panel or by contacting customer support.
It is not possible to change passenger information after purchasing a ticket.
For scheduled flights, according to airline rules, passengers under 12 years old receive discounts of less than 50%. You can see these rates when booking a ticket by selecting the passenger type as "Child."
Purchasing tickets for more than 9 people is considered a group reservation. You need to coordinate in person or by phone to check availability and group rates.

Yes. A limited number of online reservation platforms provide this option. If you do not have access to such platforms, you can purchase tickets by visiting or calling the ticket offices in person.
According to international regulations, the check-in counter closes 45 minutes before the flight departure time. Considering factors such as security lines, check-in queues, and unexpected events, it is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

By visiting the homepage and selecting International Hotel/Domestic Hotel in the search section, you can book your desired hotel. For details, conditions, and consultation, you can also contact Ati’s hotel reservation experts.
Hotel reservation cancellations are handled by the seller/provider. If you booked in person or by phone at an office or agency, you need to contact or visit the same office or agency. If you booked online, submit a cancellation request through the website or app where you made the reservation, either via your user account panel or by contacting customer support.
Extending a hotel reservation is not actually possible. A hotel reservation is a final purchase. To extend their stay, the guest can contact support; if the hotel does not have availability in the same room for the following days, the guest can make a new booking. These processes must be handled through Ati support.
The standard check-in time in most hotels is 2 PM, and in some hotels, it is 3 PM. If the hotel refuses to check in the guest, contact customer support.
When booking a hotel through the website, you can enter flight information, including the airline, departure city, flight time, and flight number.

Travel insurance is a type of personal insurance that protects travelers against unforeseen events during their trip. By purchasing travel insurance, the insurance company becomes responsible for covering potential financial losses such as flight cancellations, medical and hospital expenses, dental care, and many other situations. For travel to many foreign countries, including Schengen visa countries, having travel insurance is mandatory, while in some countries it is optional. The validity period of travel insurance depends on the insurance company and is usually around 90 days; after the expiration date, the insurance is no longer responsible.
Ati provides travel insurance services, which you can currently obtain either by visiting in person or by phone.
Travel insurance is valid as long as your policy has not expired and the specific incident is covered by the insurance company.

Airport Services
As is clear from the name of these services, airport services relate to the management of airports, and Ati has no involvement in their execution. At Ati, we can only register a request for the use of airport services if the passenger asks. These services, usually known as CIP (Commercially Important Person), include: . Exclusive Transfer: Transportation from the aircraft steps to the formalities hall or place of residence using luxury vehicles. . Completion of Airport Procedures: Receiving the boarding pass, handing over luggage, and conducting security checks via dedicated gates. . Special Catering: Offering diverse menus of food and beverages in luxury lounges. . Amenities: Access to high-speed internet, work rooms, rest suites, and shops for handicrafts and souvenirs. .
